-DEEP INTUITIVE COUNSELING (1^st session)
To explore the underlying fragments of the client's issue(s) and provide guidance, information, validation, and clarity.  Roadblocks and limitations often surface very clearly during this process.

-DIVINE ENERGY HEALING (1st, 2nd, an 3rd sessions)
When energy gets stuck internally, it becomes stagnant and affects our circulation.  This energy comes in the form of emotions and thoughts.  This stagnation then turns into physical manifestation of dis-easiness more commonly known as disease.

A "laying on of hands" healing modality involves the channeling of energy through the hands for the purpose of healing the body, mind, spirit and emotions. It is not a religious following but rather a channeling of th Divine energy that transforms all who come in contact with it.  I activate certain centers of the body to release energetic blocks.  This is often done in acupuncture and acupressure with the use of needles or heat.  I transpose energy through the safe, gentle, and sensitive touch of my hands.  For some who may not feel comfortable with this, I don't have to lay my hands directly on the body for you to experience the profoundness of this healing modality because the effect is just as healing and intense.  The light touch of the hands not only invites a sense of comfort and nurturing to many, it also serves as an anchor to the energetic system of the body to facilitate a most expeditious circulation.  I focus on the head (for thoughts, belief systems, values), throat (for communication, self-expression, and authenticity), chest region (for issues affecting the heart especially in relation to love—for self and others), the stomach (for the emotions—fear, guilt, sadness, anger), and the lower abdomen (for issues on sexuality, power, and control).  I also touch upon certain acupuncture points where the energies may be blocked such as the knees, feet, hips, shoulders, elbows, and hands.  I can't stress enough the healing power that touch provides. I then infused the same centers with high energy frequency, again utilizing the touch of my hands only to facilitate a healthier energetic circulation in and out of the body.

-HYPNOTIC REGRESSION (2^nd and 3rd sessions)

Healing the Inner Child (2nd session)
Often when we continue to create and recreate self-sabotaging thought patterns, they manifest as dysfunctional behaviors and habits.  Consciously we may be aware of the problem, but deeply embedded in our unconscious mind are memories and pictures of painful or even traumatic experiences from the past, most of which were from childhood, that have created an imprint of the “limited or weak self.”  Trauma does not necessarily equate to abuse; this also speaks to experiences of being bullied, made fun of, invalidated, unacknowledged, invisibility, physical illness, accidents, etc.  Any experience that has caused us to shift our self-perception to one that is attached to fear, guilt, sadness, and anger that has become part of our identity has some form of trauma in it.

In this process, I guide the client through hypnotic or meditative trance to an age or timeline in their childhood when the experience of limitation began.  I communicate with the inner child, and I facilitate a conversation between the “adult self” and their inner child to transform the limiting experience to one that is nurturing and loving.  It is necessary to give the inner child its own identity separate from the persona of the adult self.  Healing the wounded child facilitates the transformation of the issues stemming from childhood experiences, providing the client with a renewed sense of self.

Future Timeline Progression (3rd session)
It is necessary to reinforce the client’s strengths, goals, and vision.  In this process, the client once again is guided into a hypnotic or meditative trance but into the future.  All the positive attributes are anchored into the client's subconscious to create new thought patterns and self-perceptions.
